    No one cares where you went to school. And the last thing you should ever say is "I've been here X amount of years" that is not an accomplishment, especially when its less than 5 but even if its more.

    Hi… They need to like you. They have to believe. They need to be able to Justify and Act on it internally. You need to be to the extent possible flexible on which currency they pay you in. They also need to believe that they can get you. Thanks for the equation sir.

    how do you tell the truth smartly? in interview question is asked how was things with past supervisor. I answered with what not how. did this to have professional honesty. not talking bad about the supervisor who caused me problems in my job.
